Our Story
Born in San Diego, CA, Zinbi (pronounced ZIN-BEE) is deeply personal. As long-time canker sore sufferers, we understand how debilitating this condition can be. In 2019, we founded Zinbi with the aim of aiding fellow sufferers.
After conducting extensive research, the data led us to Mother Nature. We uncovered ingredients that have well-studied analgesic and healing properties based on thousands of years of human knowledge and practice. Surprisingly, none of these ingredients were available in a convenient form to apply to canker sores.

Dr. Sandie
Co-Founder
Sandie is the brains behind our proprietary formulation. Sandie's expertise in pharmacology and clinical studies is the secret behind our products. Sandie received her Doctorate degree from USC School of Pharmacy and has been a practicing pharmacist for more than 20 years. She enjoys working closely with physicians and nurses to help her patients achieve their best outcomes.
Dr. Sang
Co-Founder
Sang has suffered from chronic canker sores all his life. In Sang's words, "each canker sore was a week of living hell." Sang tried countless remedies and medications, which he found difficult and painful to administer or ineffective. Sang enlisted Sandie’s help to come up with a better alternative. Sang has a Ph.D. in information systems and plays a pivotal role in research methods and data analysis for Zinbi. He's also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and is passionate about helping other veterans.
Dr. Ross
Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Bradley A. Ross has been practicing general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry in the San Diego community since 1988. Dr. Ross graduated from the USC School of Dentistry and is an active member in many professional dental organizations. He is committed to using the latest advancements in dental products, treatments and techniques, making him a critical part of the Zinbi team. Dr. Ross and his wife enjoy attending theater, music, sporting events, and traveling in his spare time to visit their four children.
