We understand that some users are not able to tolerate heat. You can always try to half-dose and see if you can tolerate it better that way. Another recommendation is to allow the outer gum layer to dissolve for 10 minutes before chewing. Best, Zinbi Team.

Hope this makes sense. It's strong that was a bit uncomfortable at the beginning but literally minutes after chewing, you feel the soothing sensation and soon forget you have an ulcer. Weird but it works. Highly recommend.

Zinbi really works. I had a canker coming on and I can feel it. So I chewed on the gum and within 15 mts the bump in my mouth was flatten. It’s really amazing.

Stumbled upon this wonderful product using Google search. I had a canker sore on the tip of my tongue that stung every time I ate. Gave this a shot and I must say, it's amazing. Not sure how long you have been making this but why haven't I heard of you before? It would be great if you can get into drug stores so I can just buy it anytime I have a canker.

Had a painful canker at the base of my left tongue -- accidentally bit myself (no idea how). Ran into Zinbi gum from Google and had to tried it. It worked immediately and after a minute, my canker sore was completely numbed with just one piece of gum. The numbing effect last a tad over an hour. This gum beats benzocaine hands down and it is WAYYYY more convenient. I'M OFFICIALLY A FAN. THANK YOU.

I had a very painful canker sore on my upper lip, and I was desperate for some help. I tried Canker Cover, but it got my lip stuck to my gum line in a sticky mess. When I saw the gum, I had to try it. The gum helps with the pain, but the problem is, how do I get the gum to stay near my upper lip? I tried but it was tricky. The ingredients taste good with a strong kick, and numbed my sore pretty well, but placing between my lip and teeth before chewing was kind of awkward. I'm sure it works better for canker sores in other areas of the mouth.
